If you were anything like us, we imagine you were spending too much time under quarantine at home and forcing yourself outside to get some fresh air despite the hot temperatures. Here in Georgia, the heat got us into a cold brew craze which also made us obsessed with searching for what makes a perfect cup of cold brew. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan data-ccp-props=\"{}\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e\u003cspan data-contrast=\"auto\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e\u003cspan data-contrast=\"auto\"\u003eThe fun thing about cold brew is that you can make it with any coffee—yes that is right, ANY of our coffees on the catalog can be made into a delicious cold brew, but Frio is a special post roast blend crafted to be that perfect hot summer cold brew cup. For this blend, we took two coffees from Finca La Unica, a natural process and a wet wash, roasted them to perfection, and then perfectly blended them together. The end result? When Leticia first took over La Unica, most of the land had been used for cattle grazing. With the help of the amazing farm team, this farm has blossomed to include perfectly aligned rows of coffee trees, strategically placed shade trees, and wild fruit and fauna to be found throughout.
